High Ropes & Ziplines

Our ropes course and ziplines have been approved by both our zipline mechanic and the Technical Standards Safety Authority (TSSA). Our license is clearly posted at the entrance of the Ropes Course.

Our course is inspected and tested each day prior to opening, by our certified ropes staff. If an obstacle or zipline, is not up to safety regulations, displays excessive wear, or compromises guest and staff safety, it will be closed until repairs by a qualified professional can be made prior to its reopening.

3 staff members are at the Ropes Course at all times with guests on the course, a minimum of one staff guide will be on the course supervising participants.

A staff member will take you through the entire zipline process, from sending you across to receiving the guest on the other end. All participants will receive an equipment check prior to attaching to the zipline.

Our course uses a 2-piece belay system that is tested before each use. With each harness having 2 connection points attached, at the highly unlikely chance of a belay failure, you will still be attached by the second belay, preventing a fall. In the event of this participants will be suspended in their harness.

All participants must be at least 8 years old, able to fully grab a bar at least 68" in height with relaxed arms, a waist height of 38" and wear indoor athletic closed-toe shoes with laces or Velcro while on the High Ropes. Shoes are also available to rent at the front desk ($9.99 + tax).
