PLEASE NOTE
This is simply a request for booking. A member of our team will reach out to you as soon as possible to confirm availability and secure your booking with a deposit; we require two weeks’ notice for bookings.

Your visit must be booked and paid on a single invoice. 50% deposit is required to secure booking.

Discounts are only applied on pre-purchased passes. Passes purchased on site (for siblings etc.) will be at the regular rate.

GRATUITY
HST and 18% shared gratuity will be added to Meal Package pricing. HST and 6% kitchen gratuity will be added to Meal Voucher pricing.

HOW OLD IS YOUR CHILD?
Hero Room Packages are suited for children aged 6 and above. Any children under 6 will have access to our Lil' Climbers ($19) area.

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
Please provide us with the Names and Phone Numbers for all participants when we secure your booking. We will require all participants to complete a Liability Waiver in order to attend.
